“Do I hang that on my door?”

Nope. That’s popcorn. Real popcorn.

Sure, you could jimmy the kernels off with your thumb (ouch) or the back of a spoon . . .
Aside the bag
. . . but if you’ve got a small, brown bag and a microwave . . .
Open bag
. . . trim the husks, put a cob in the bag (turns out a quart liquor bag is perfect) . . .
Closed bag
. . . crimp it closed, and microwave on high for 90-120 seconds . . .
Busted
. . . et voilà!
Hot salt
Dress it however you like . . .
Bowl
. . . and dig in.
